FindingsThe plain films demonstrate a well-defined cortically based lesion arising from the posterolateral cortex of the distal tibia.The lesion has non-aggressive features and a narrow zone of transition.
DiscussionNOFs are a very common benign tumor of bone in children and adolescents. They are asymptomatic unless associated with pathologic fracture. They resolve with skeletal maturity.
