Findings
The sagittal and axial CT images show a large infrarenal AAA with a huge surrounding retroperitoneal hematoma.
Discussion
An abdominal aortic aneurysm is defined as a localized dilatation of the aorta with a diameter greater than 3cm; most AAA are located distal to the renal arteries.
