Non contrast CT image of the abdomen revealed a lesion in the right hepatic lobe with attenuation value similar to that of blood in IVC(open arrow)and portal vein(curved arrow).

Post contrast image revealed multiple peripheral areas of globular enhancement.

CT non contrast image revealed a small hepatic lesion with attenuation value similar to that of the blood in IVC.

Arterial phase image revealed multiple globular ,peripheral enhancement.

Note that the enhanced portion of the mass have the attenuation value of the intra-hepatic vessels.

Equlibrium image showed almost complete enhancement of the mass with attenuation value similar to that of the blood in the IVC.
