Tumor matrix pattern:coarse dot-like, popcorn-like mineralization of chondroid matrix.
Periosteal reaction:not present.
D.D. according to location
-Fibrous dysplasia.
-Enchondroma.
-Simple bone cyst.
-Pyogenic osteomyelitis.
Diagnosis:Characteristic appearance of enchondroma of long bone(most common site is proximal hemerus).
