B)Genital(about 15%)
1- Hydro-metrocolpos.
2-Ovarian cyst.
C)Gastro-intestinal(15%):commonly associated with obstruction.
1-Duplication:Commenest bowel mass in neonate.Commonly in the right lower quadrant.
2-Mesenteric cyst.
D)Non renal retroperitoneal(10%)
1-Adrenal hemorrhage
2-Neuroblastoma
3-Teratoma
E)Hepato-spleno-biliary
1-Hepatoblastoma
2-Hepatic cyst
3-Splenic hematoma
4-Choledochal cyst
