Multifocal glioblastoma multiforme (GB). A, B,C,D Axial T2 and FLAIR images demonstrate multiple regions of increased signal abnormality including the right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, and left frontal lobe. Despite diffuse involvement, white matter signal abnormality cannot be traced to connect all the lesions. E,F, Axial enhanced Tl -weighted images show multiple discrete ring-enhancing masses.
