Note diameter markers. b, Same vein level at 6 mo, showing diameter reduction, vein wall thickening, and a narrow, irregular, echolucent lumen without flow. c, Same level at 2 years, now seen as a featureless hyperechogenic stripe with further diameter shrinkage and no discernible lumen.
