Findings
This patient presents with swallowed magnets in the bowel on CT scans.
Discussion
Magnets have the potential to cause bowel perforation as adjacent bowel loops, with different magnets, may stick together, causing pressure necrosis. Psych patients and/or prison inmates may purposefully swallow foreign bodies.
