Non contrast CT image of the abdomen revealed a lesion in the right hepatic lobe with attenuation value similar to that of blood in IVC(open arrow)and portal vein(curved arrow).The is demarcated by arrow heads while area of fibrosis by straight arrow.
Post contrast image revealed multiple peripheral areas of globular enhancement.
